Food Dehydrator Instructions Most dehydrators recommend that you rotate the trays. This is to make the drying process work more evenly. Check to see that the temperature is set correctly. Most foods will be dehydrated between 100-135 degrees. Don’t overload the trays with so much food that the trays sag. This will make the drying process not work very well. To keep the trays clean, you may want to use some waxed paper in the trays. |
