Food Storage Recipes

This phrase is somewhat a misnomer.  You should use the same recipes you currently use.  Food storage should be seamless with your real life.

You should however learn to make healthy foods from the staples of food storage.  For example, you could make some homemade bread over a fire or a gas grill.  Practicing to make some healthy items that require few ingredients can pay big dividends when the time is needed.

Many people store wheat, but forget to have a grinder to make the flour for bread.  These seemingly small details will be ironed out with your patient and persistent effort to live off your food storage.
